Act Now For MS

This morning the Ohio House of Representatives Health and Aging Committee will hear testimony from the National Multiple Sclerosis Society regarding Senate Substitute Bill 287 that addresses in part, removing wheelchairs in nursing facilities from bundled services and returning them to a fee-for-service system administered by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS).

This will allow people with MS and other disabilities to more easily access the mobility devices that they need in nursing facilities to keep moving.

PLEASE HELP US BY TAKING ACTION NOW

Please call or email the House Health and Aging Committee Members below and encourage them to support Senate Substitute Bill 287 to provide people with MS the wheelchairs they need in nursing facilities to keep moving.
